Love you and cupcakes

I practiced my paper piercing with the Love you card and I plan on sending it to Operation Write Home.  Entered into Lawnscaping Challenge-Dots and Hearts.

My son is turning 5 on Sunday.  I made this mini cupcakes for his class and made this simple cupcake topper with some paper I had lying around and Lawn Fawn stamps.

Baby Cards

Here are a couple more cards for the Lawnscaping Challenge-Inspiration from a DT member.  I have a couple of friends who have had babies recently.  I loved Audrey's Card, who was inspired by Elena.

I used Critters Ever After and Bannerific stamps.  I decorated the girl card with little hearts that we actually used for table decorations at my wedding 9 years ago.

Lawnscaping Challenge-Inspired by DT

So, one of my goals this year is to use up the supplies I have on hand.  I was able to organize my card cabinet and I feel much more in control and ready to tackle some card making.  Another goal is to give more cards to Operation Write Home, so I sent this on over for the troops.   I love Elise's simple style so I used this card and some others as an inspiration.   I like how the background has a denim look.

Midweek Throwdown- Easter

My goal this year is to make at least 4 cards a month for Operation Write Home.  I was fortunate that my parents were watching my kids today, so I had some time to make this card.  I decided to make one for the OWH-Midweek Throwdown-Easter.  I used Lawn Fawn Stamps-Happy Easter, which I love.  I was inspired by this card by Chari Moss.
